Criteria and Submission Information – CVG Tools and Services
A concrete correlation to the mission/purpose of CVG must exist in any proposed service, before additional consideration or approval can be made. In order to facilitate the selection of various benefits for CVG, the following criteria will be considered:

Quality
Exclusivity of Product
Knowledge of Corporate Venture Capital Industry
Existing Corporate or VC Customer Base
Preferred Pricing
Financial Commitment (sponsorships, marketing, etc.)

Submission Process
Interested parties should submit a detailed description of proposed services to:

Approval Process
A confirmation will be sent to the proposed provider, upon receipt of a proposal. After initial review by CVG Director, proposals will be discussed with the CVG Advisory Board and a final decision rendered. Vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

Feedback
Members will be encouraged to provide feedback regarding products and services and pertinent information will be shared with appropriate vendors.

Product Update and Review
Product enhancements will be considered as they become available and web- enabled tools will be updated no more than once per quarter.

All products and services will be reviewed annually. Use, industry changes, relevance, member feedback and financial impact will be emphasized in the review process by the CVG Advisory Board to determine continuation or termination of benefits.
